Bookings & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking.

Payment accepted: EFT, debit card, and all major credit cards. Our spa is cashless — no cash payments.

Cancellations & Changes

Changes or cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice.

No-shows and late cancellations incur a 100% cancellation charge (deposit forfeited and any balance is charged).

Groups & Gift Vouchers

Groups of 4 or more require full payment or a gift voucher number at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers are valid for treatments only. They are not exchangeable for products or cash. Treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Health disclosure

Please disclose any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking so we can plan safely for you. Makeup services require advance booking.
